Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most places around the world, with the exception of the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia. Shipping costs apply for international orders, and will be added at checkout.
How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you are. Domestic orders generally take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We use primarily FedEx and local courier partners internationally. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the difference between AnteAGE and AnteAGE MD?
Our AnteAGE solutions are offered directly to the consumer as an over the counter, at home solution.
Our AnteAGE MD products contain a significantly higher concentration of stem cell cytokines, and so can only be purchased directly from one of our certified AnteAGE MD Medical resellers. To find an AnteAGE MD reseller, please click here.
How long does it typically take to see results?
Some results take time to achieve, and others happen quite fast. Some users see results in as little as 2 weeks. Typically, most people see noticeable results within 30 days. Most importantly, you’re preventing new visible signs of aging every day when you use the AnteAGE system.
Can I return my product?
All AnteAGE® purchases made by Providers are subject to the terms of theAnteAGE® Provider Agreement.
Specifically, returns or exchanges are accepted on qualified, unopened, and unused retail products which may be returnedwithin 30 days of purchasefor a full refund or credit on the account. Please note there is a 20% restocking feeon product returns, and all returns must be made within 30 days of the order.
Defective Items & Adverse Events:Defective items will be exchanged for new products once your sales representative is notified and the items are returned to AnteAGE® for inspection. In the case of an Adverse Event, AnteAGE® may require photos and/or lot code references to start the exchange process.
Important Conditions:
- Returned items must be received by AnteAGE® before action will be taken.
- A notice must specify in detail the particulars of any claim; failure to provide notice within the requisite time period constitutes irrevocable acceptance of the goods.
- AnteAGE® will not accept any returns for expired products.
Science
Are the stem cells fetal or embryonic?
No, not at all. Our stem cells are sourced only from the bone marrow of young, healthy, pre-screened adult donors. Stem cell cytokines also contain none of the original cell parts themselves, only the beneficial growth factors they produce.
How does AnteAGE harvest stem cells for their products?
We source our stem cells from the bone marrow of young, healthy, pre-screened adult donors. The cells are cultured in a laboratory, within a controlled environment that fosters production of the biosignals that will engage in skin repair and rejuvenation. We then harvest and extract the powerful growth factors and cytokines inside, discarding the cell itself. Our products are 100% free of inflammatory cells, cell fragments, RNA, or DNA.
Is there a difference between bone marrow stem cells and plant stem cells?
Mesenchymal stem cells originating from bone marrow are the most powerful and versatile population in your body, able to transform into myriad cell types to fight injury and inflammation. As they leave the bone marrow and travel throughout the body, these stem cells act as command and control centers, directing the process of healing to minimize overall damage. We can't live without these cells, and yet we have fewer of them working for us with each passing day.
